How can I easily reach Blue Bell?
Blue Bell Bio-Medical is located in Ohio and we operate on Eastern Standard Time with office hours of 8:00 – 5:00
Monday thru Friday. We are available at our toll free number (1-800-BLUE-BELL - 1-800-258-3235) or our standard
number, 419-238-4442. Our lines are sometimes busy as we do experience times of heavy call volume. In such an
instance, you can leave a voicemail or send an email to
info@bluebellcarts.com
and request a return call. Our customer service department will return your call promptly.
Is there someone local that can come to my facility and discuss the product offering?
Blue Bell Bio-Medical has manufacturer's sales representatives throughout the United States and has
distributors in Canada and many other countries. Our sales people are friendly and knowledgeable and
in most cases can arrange an appointment to meet with you in a matter of a few days. Call our office
or use the rep finder feature on our website for the name and contact information of your local sales
representative.
How do I place an order?
Blue Bell Bio-Medical accepts orders via phone, fax or e-mail. You can call our customer service department
at (1-800-BLUE-BELL), fax us at 419-238-0226, or e-mail us at
info@bluebellcarts.com.
We appreciate your business and have no minimum order quantity.
Can I order after hours?
Yes, you can order from Blue Bell anytime. We accept orders via fax and email after hours. If you use these
methods, please include all contact information so we can confirm the order or in case we need to contact you
with questions.
How fast can we take delivery of orders for accessories only?
We can usually ship within a couple days for in-stock items. If your need is urgent, call before 11:00 a.m. EST
and ask for same day shipment. You can always request whatever expedited shipping method you prefer (FedEx overnight,
2nd day, etc.). If the items are in stock, we will try to get your order processed promptly.
What if I want to examine a Blue Bell cart before we purchase?
You can receive an on-site demo of Blue Bell equipment. In some cases, we can even ship product samples to
you for a "test drive". Call our corporate office or talk to your local Blue Bell Sales Representative to
arrange a product demonstration.
What if I need help in determining which accessories best suit my needs?
Blue Bell has trained and experienced sales professionals that can work with you in determining what you need.
We even have packages already pre-configured to our most popular combinations of cart specifications and accessories.

I know I want a Blue Bell workstation and which accessories I need... can I see what my workstation
will look like before I order?
Yes, if you would like to design and view your workstation, you can use the Design-A-CartTM custom configurator
on the Blue Bell website. Just go to
www.bluebellcarts.com and click on the
button for Design-A-CartTM. You can design and view your cart and, as you make changes, a picture of your design
will refresh to remain current. When you are done, you will be able to view and save your configuration.
Do you provide written price quotations?
Yes, we can fax or e-mail a price quotation to you, usually in the matter of a few hours. Quotes are valid for
90 days and sometimes, under special circumstances, even longer.
If we quote products to you and you want to order as quoted, your purchasing department can list the quote number
as the first line item on the purchase order and fax or e-mail it to us. If you want to order only select items
on a quote, just indicate those items on the quote and send it along with the purchase order.
What are typical freight charges?
For cart and workstation orders, we use LTL common carriers. We can estimate the freight before you submit your
order and guarantee not to exceed our estimate. Or we can give you a ballpark amount just so you have an idea of
the range. Freight is determined primarily by number of cartons/pallets, weight, and destination location. Freight
costs will fluctuate as fuel prices change.
Do you have a policy for the return of damaged goods?
Blue Bell Bio-Medical does everything it can to prevent goods from being damaged in shipment. However, if damage
should occur, we ask that the customer refuse to take delivery and contact us immediately so that we may begin to
process a replacement order. In the case of concealed damage, the customer has up to 5 days to notify Blue Bell so
that we may file a claim and process replacement product.
Any damage that is noted more than 5 days after the receipt of product is the responsibility of the customer. We
will be happy to provide carrier information but the filing of claims and the procurement of replacement product is
the responsibility of the customer.
Can I return items that were incorrectly ordered or that are not needed?
Yes, items can be returned to Blue Bell. All returns require an RMA number and must be made within 30 days of
receipt of product. Please have the invoice number available when phoning in your request for return. All product
returns must be shipped at the expense of the customer and a restocking fee will be applied.
The restocking fee will be waived for any return that is necessary because of a mistake made at Blue Bell. We will
also pay the freight charges on these types of returns.
Is there any assembly required with a Blue Bell workstation?
Some minor assembly is required. Your facility maintenance or bio-medical department can do this quickly and easily.
Basic cart assembly involves mounting casters and bumpers. All cabinets are completely assembled and the mounting of
drawer fronts and handles is also done by Blue Bell. Accessories are easy to mount to Blue Bell carts because of the
pre-drilled holes and proprietary fasteners that are provided. Easy to follow instructions are also included with
each accessory.
